Founded in the summer of 2020, Peculier Ales is the first craft brewery in the heart of downtown Windsor, Colorado. Housed in the historic Windsor Mill, you will find an unparalleled experience in our comfortable and family-friendly setting and amazing patio space with fantastic staff dedicated to hospitality and world class beer. Since its inception, the brewery has expanded to a second location in Fort Collins, CO to increase its production of beer and reach a larger market.

Peculier Ales is committed to brewing a variety of ales, sours, lagers, and plans a barrel-program for both clean and sour beers. Whether you are looking for a pour with friends, or packaged beer to-go, you will not be disappointed.

We are looking for a Peak Volume Shift Manager (20-30 hours per week) to join our team in the Windsor Brewery.

Role responsibilities would include,
– Inventory
-Managing menus via Toast
-Heavy customer interaction
-Managing front and back of house staff
-Backup beertending as needed
-Greeting/welcoming guests upon arrival
-Helping with bussing/expediting as needed
-Promoting beer and food offerings

These may change based on needs and customer volume.

The overall goal for this role is to be the customer interface, handling any and all situations that arise in a fast-paced environment. The Shift Manager will ensure staff is on task and performing to the standard of the company.

This position’s ideal schedule is:

• Wed 5-8pm
• Thurs 5-8pm
• Fri 4-9pm
• Sat 12-8pm
• Sun 12-7pm

A positive attitude is a must.

Preferred experience in the service industry

Self-starter mentality that excels in customer service is a must.

Starting pay: $25 with potential growth opportunity.
